Torso Length

Torso length is the distance between two vertebrae on the spine (C7 and L5). To locate C7, tilt your head forward and the seventh vertebrae naturally sticks out as a prominent bump. Place a tape measure on this bump and follow along the spine to L5. To locate L5. find the top of your hip bones (the iliac crest) and follow the bones in towards the spine. L5 is the first vertebrae above the pelvis where the curve of the lumbar region begins.

Hipbelt Size:

Measure your waist just below the top of your hips for your hipbelt size (at or just under L5 above).

Ankle Size:

Measure the circumference of the smallest portion of you leg just above the Ankle.
